etisalat by e& has informed its customers that, for commercial reasons, it will terminate the channels offered by beIN with effect from 1 June 2023.
etisalat by e& has always strived to provide its customers with quality entertainment and sports options at affordable prices. While eLife TV will no longer offer beIN content, e&’s etisalat will continue to invest in sports content, offering a wide range of popular sports programming to its customers either directly or through its partners, a press release said.
This already includes AFC Football, International Cricket such as the T20 World Cup and IPL, Italian Serie A Football, Rugby, UFC, Formula 1, Professional Cycling and International Golf to name a few.
Electronic Life Package
Customers on eLife packages previously bundled with beIN content will now automatically receive an ongoing discount of AED 184 ($50) per month on their bill from 1 June 2023.
Customers have until September 30, 2023 to change, downgrade or discontinue affected eLife plans without penalty.
For customers subscribing to beIN as an add-on to their eLife service, effective June 1, 2023, there will be no recurring add-on charges for the service and any opt-out fees for the beIN add-on will be waived. Commercial customers will be contacted directly.
