Etihad Airways announces its move to Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport and cooperates with Aeroflot to provide support

From December 2, 2021, Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, will transfer all Russian operations to Moscow Sheremetyevo Alexander Pushkin International Airport (SVO). In cooperation with two airlines operating between Moscow and the capital of the UAE, and subject to any necessary regulatory approvals, Etihad Airways and Aeroflot have agreed to strengthen their intermodal agreement to launch in their respective networks Code sharing services, and explore other areas of cooperation to improve the interests of passengers, such as frequent flyer reciprocity and high-quality customer handling.
