Sharjah24 – WAM: Etihad Airways and Experience Abu Dhabi, the destination brand of the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT Abu Dhabi), have joined forces this weekend to support Manchester City FC’s Premier League game against Chelsea on Sunday.
Experience Abu Dhabi showcased the destination’s new campaign in front of a packed crowd at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium to millions of fans around the world watching live, including on Etihad flights “One Summer Isn’t Enough”, focuses on various experiences in Abu Dhabi throughout the summer.
Ahead of kick-off, the two organizations celebrated their partnership and shared pledge to encourage tourists to the UAE capital.
Etihad Airways CEO Antonio Neves and DCT Abu Dhabi Tourism Director Saleh Mohamed Al Geziry pose for a photo in the middle of the pitch after the presentation of the Abu Dhabi campaign, accompanied by Nouf Al Boushelaibi, DCT Executive Director Strategic Marketing and Communications Abu Dhabi.

Experience Abu Dhabi and Etihad Airways teamed up to take center stage at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium with ‘One Summer Wasn’t Enough’. The event was broadcast on the stadium’s jumbo LED screen and appeared in commemorative matchday programming.
