From 1pm to 5pm, lunch starts with a selection of Asil’s popular cold noodles, such as honeycomb kaymak, haydari, taktouka, moutabel, and fattouch cheese, while hot noodles include falafel and chicken savoy Ma.
After that, guests can enjoy a range of signature main dishes, including a family barbecue party with Turkish and Lebanese meats. The chef will also provide a special dish for the table.
Finally, diners can enjoy ashtaliye dessert, a sweet milk pudding with candied hazelnut and pistachio powder; Turkish lokmas pastry with chocolate and cream; or fresh exotic fruits.
