Rabea Ataya, the founder and CEO of Bayt.com, stated that the company will provide its employees with a two-day paid vacation to experience the 2020 Dubai Expo. Staff can take a vacation at any time during the World Expo, and the vacation will last until March 31, 2022.
“I have visited the Expo twice and I believe that everyone can benefit from this experience and draw inspiration from the excellent work of the entire Dubai Expo team. I want to encourage all our employees to seize every opportunity to continue to learn and grow ,” Ataya said.

Bayt.com stated that it is granting this special holiday to allow its employees to explore the immersive cultural experiences, innovations and solutions displayed at a global event with the theme of “connecting ideas and creating the future”.
