The celebration starts with the UAE National Day. During the 2020 Dubai Expo, the whole family can enjoy many cultural activities.
The gold celebration will last four days, from Wednesday December 1st to December 4th. Visitors can look forward to world-class ceremonies, musical performances, cross-cultural dialogues, cultural fusion performances and fascinating exhibitions.
You will not want to miss the immersive theater performance called “50th Century Journey” held in Al Wasl Square. It will incorporate human performance, drama, etc., including the use of venues in unprecedented ways. To celebrate this holiday, Expo 2020 Dubai will undergo a magical winter transformation. Visitors can expect to see a lot of decorations in Al Wasl Square, Jubilee Stage, Dubai Millennium Amphitheater, Al Forsan Park and all lobby areas.
Al Wasl Square will have Christmas tree lights, festive trains, fireworks, and even light snow, carol concerts, giant snowballs and more. Of course, Santa Claus will be there with his 3D camel.
From December 23, you and your whole family can watch holiday movies, such as At home alone (December 23), Miracle on 34th Street (December 24) and Elves (December 25) On the jubilee stage. From December 20th to 29th (excluding December 27th), you can watch the seasonal forecast at Al Wasl Square.
