October 15th is the International White Cane Day around the world to recognize the achievements of the visually impaired.
Sheikh Mansour bin Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the High Commission for the Protection of the Rights of the People, led the White Rod Parade at the 2020 Dubai World Expo on the occasion of the International White Cane Day.
The parade was organized by the Ministry of Community Development in cooperation with the UAE Association for the Visually Impaired.
