His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, met with Pakistani President Dr. Arif Alvi on Saturday at the headquarters of Expo 2020 Dubai.
The Dubai Media Office said on Twitter that given the historical relationship between the two countries, the two leaders will discuss the future of bilateral relations between the UAE and Pakistan.
Dr Alvi Arrived in the UAE for a two-day visitDuring this period, he will meet with UAE dignitaries and unveil the Pakistan Pavilion at the 2020 Dubai World Expo. On Saturday night, at the big fair, a large crowd poured into the Pakistan Pavilion, eagerly awaiting the arrival of the president.
President Alvi’s visit coincided with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and the UAE.

Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates have a close fraternal relationship, which is deeply rooted in common beliefs, common historical and cultural origins.
