Abu Dhabi: If you’re visiting the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and looking for adventure, Sea World Abu Dhabi, the largest aquarium in the world, is the place to be!
Opening to visitors in May, the Yas Island attraction features eight marine environments, or realms, each with a themed offering, spread across five floors of the 183,000-square-metre indoor venue.

The Abu Dhabi site is the first outpost outside of North America.
Sea World Abu Dhabi, developed by Miral, is also behind other theme parks on Yas Island such as Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World and Yas Waterworld.
Sea World Abu Dhabi is home to special creatures such as sharks, turtles and jellyfish swimming in 25 million liters of water.
The focal point of the aquarium will be to present visitors with “Endless Vista”, a stunning 20m high vertical window that spans multiple levels and showcases awe-inspiring aquatic scenes.
Set up a sound and light audio-visual room, allowing tourists to experience the seabed in real time.
There are retail outlets for visitors to purchase themed souvenirs, as well as a variety of dining options.
Along with the park, a dedicated marine life research center has also been set up for the curious to choose to learn more about.
What’s inside Sea World Abu Dhabi?

The park is open from 10am to 6pm and offers packages ranging from single-day passes to annual passes.
Daily tickets cost AED 375 (Rs 8,418) for adults and AED 290 (Rs 6,510) for children. This includes full-day access to the park and its various experiences and rides.
Tickets for the four parks are priced at Dh675 (Rs 15,154), allowing visitors to enter any of the island’s four theme parks, including Sea World Abu Dhabi. Must be used within 14 days.
Silver and Diamond Annual Passes are also available. It’s also available at other Yas Island theme parks.
