Recently, we got an opportunity to interview with the dynamic and compassionate CEO and co-founder of Grey Wolf Properties and Grey Wolf Corporate Services, Mr. Feras Zaiter, a 30 years old with 12 years excellent experience in the real estate industry that is client-oriented and with a goal to help and serve clients with the best-in-class real estate services through Grey Wolf Properties.
When the pandemic started, Mr. Feras also bravely and confidently started his company with his partner, Dr. Mohamed Al Dhaheri, in 2020. Together, their team paved the way toward a brighter future and passed all the challenges that the pandemic has brought.
Feras Zaiter passionately enjoyed working in the real estate industry as well working with all of his employees, he is a young man with a big heart. He is open on learning new things and developing new skills to serve clients better. In addition, he is an enthusiastic entrepreneur with high expertise in his industry. His company, Grey Wolf Properties, focuses on providing real estate brokerage, investment, and advisory services. Explain the background of you and the company in detail.
Professional brokerage based in Dubai, I graduated with a degree in Architectural Engineering in 2012 and pursued Real Estate Business in the same year, a job that turned into a passion. I started working in a brokerage company, from selling and renting then moving on to Developers. I worked as a Developer for 7 years and decided to open my own company in 2020 with my partner, Dr. Mohamed Al Dhaheri, at the age of 28.
Despite the challenges due to the pandemic, we are confident in the making and growing of our company. Now we are able to expand the company from Grey Wolf Properties. We opened Grey Wolf Corporate Service (Web Creation and Development, Social Media Marketing, managing applications, photoshoot, video shooting and editing) and now Emran al Sham (an interior and exterior design) company.
What are your goals?
- Expand from brokerage company section in to rent, sale, Holiday Home management and be one of the unique Developers.
- Become one of the leading companies in the country in the real estate field.
- Expand the Social Media Campaigns and Web Creation and Development
- Expand the interior and fit-out company
What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?
- Long experience that will support decision making during the difficult times
- Being dynamic and flexible to cope with the changing environment
- Being able to transfer/convert expenses into income
What was the path you/your company took to get to where you are today?
Overcoming the difficulties of opening a new company during the pandemic and putting our money and investing it. But despite all the difficulties, we are confident that we can survive and overcome them and make a good reputation for ourselves and the company.
Why did you start this company?
In the beginning, it was just a profession that turned into a hobby. A hobby that becomes a passion, and being professional in something you love.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?
- Cashflow during the bad times and crisis brought by the pandemic, we had to utilize and reduce our expenses.
- Point of change when we have our first exclusive project from Developer, the Alexis Tower by Reportage (already sold out).

Having a background in architecture and being a real estate agent gives the insight to draw the company’s future to be brighter and more developed.

The Alexis Tower is located in Sheik Zayed Road – our first Exclusive Project in Dubai by Reportage.

How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
From Brokerage Company to Developer, expanding the social media campaign and interior design and fit-out to be more competitive on the market. Making this happen by hard work and continuous studying and learning.

- To be one of the best and most important people in the real estate field in Dubai and the entire country.
