The acclaimed Chef’s Table also makes a long-awaited return. Over the course of a month, a range of top chefs are offering delicious dishes that can be enjoyed at great discounted prices at participating fine dining restaurants. It doesn’t get any better than:
Japanese restaurant Otoro presents traditional Japanese dining in a modern twist, offering two appetizers and a main course for AED 185. And the famous Hakkasan Abu Dhabi offers customers three delicious Cantonese dishes for just Dh398 per person.
The charming and comfortable “neighborhood yakatori” restaurant Niri offers patrons a three-course menu for just AED 300 per person. Meanwhile, Italian restaurant Talea’s “Homestyle Cuisine” offers a four-course menu by Chef Luigi Stinga for AED 400 per person.
It is also the home of Michelin-starred chef Antonio Guida. Bravicimo.

The upcoming next fascinating chapter will be hosted by renowned chef Maroun Chedid. His fine dining experience will provide guests with a guided culinary journey through his creative interpretation of Lebanese cuisine.

In the last edition of The Supper Club – themed “Modernizing Emirati Cuisine” – we saw a fascinating culinary collaboration between Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens of the famed Oak Room restaurant and local superstar chef Faisal Naser – Chef and founder of the Lento restaurant.
World-renowned chef Maroun Chedid will bring his incredible talents into this one-of-a-kind dining experience to delight food lovers. Chedid will delight the palate with its Lebanese-inspired culinary alchemy and will bring a refined Middle Eastern flavour to the occasion.
Food Forward saw chefs Jordy Navarra, Jake Kellie and Khalid Al Saadi synergize their skills from November 3-5 to create a delicious fusion of global and local cuisine. To add to the atmosphere, the event was held in the splendid Emirates Palace, and a fiery barbecue was held to match the theme of the event: a feast on open flames.
Bringing even more heat to the Food Forward series will be the smoky pitmaster himself: Hattem Mattar, who will return to the Pura Resort on November 16th to once again let us indulge in his talent for grilling in this spectacular location. Stay tuned for more details coming soon!
