Fall is the best time to host a festival, and there is so much excitement going on in and around Shreveport.
The annual Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival will be held in West Monroe on Saturday, October 1st. The festival seeks to preserve Northeast Louisiana’s rich Celtic heritage, traditions and legends through food, music, games and more.
