If you know anything about the fashion industry, you know that Andre Leon Talley was crowned the godfather of fashion when he became Vogue’s press director in the 1980s. Soon after, he served as the magazine’s contributing editor and creative director until 2013.
In addition to working at the world’s largest fashion magazines, Talley is known for pioneering ways to get more people of color to work in magazines, runways and design.
Andre Leon Talley is a trusted voice in the fashion industry, and his stacked resume speaks volumes about what he has accomplished throughout his career! After leaving Vogue, Talley continued to work side-by-side with the magazine’s editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, and he even became a judge on “America’s Next Top Model” and stylist for The Obama’s.
Please keep Andre’s family and loved ones in your prayers during this difficult time, and we’ll keep you updated as the story unfolds, Roommate.
