For the love of Latin night…
The Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi is situated on top of a renowned cluster of culinary hotspots, one of which, Butcher & Still, was recently featured in the inaugural edition of the Michelin Guide Abu Dhabi.
But our attention today is drawn to the lovely al fresco café space known as the Al Meylas Lounge.
Here, the hotel’s executive chef, Christian Buenrostro, intends to introduce a carnival of Mexican flavors under the stars. A nod to the chef’s passion for Latin cuisine, the traditional menu will be complemented by limited-edition craft concoctions and themed entertainment, including “aye aye aye” by a live mariachi band.
Speaking about the project, Buenrostro, who was born in Mexico and forged in the culinary fire of the wider Latin American continent, said: “The purpose of our inaugural pop-up gala in Al Meylas is to be a celebration of Mexican food, my home country will be in The celebration will be brought to life through carefully crafted plates full of flavor and spice.”
Pop-up sessions will begin on January 20th and will be held daily from 6pm to midnight, with taco-ups available until March 18, 2023.
what’s on the menu
