Fox Entertainment CEO Charlie Collier joins Roku Media

Fox Entertainment CEO Charlie Collier is leaving the American Linear Network to join Roku as the new president of Roku Media.

Collier, who will take up his New York-based role in late October, will oversee Roku’s ad sales and ad platform businesses, as well as content for the channels it owns and operates, including The Roku Channel.

He took office in 2018 and is responsible for driving the overall vision and business of FOX Entertainment, overseeing the Fox Network, Fox Alternative Entertainment and Fox Entertainment Studios. During his tenure at the company, he oversaw the acquisitions of Tubi, TMZ, Bento Box Entertainment and MarVista Entertainment, as well as the launch of Studio Ramsay Global and Blockchain Creative Labs.

Prior to Fox, Collier was President and General Manager of AMC, SundanceTV and AMC Studios, overseeing creative and business operations for all three divisions. He has also held senior roles at Court TV, Oxygen and A&E Networks.

At Roku Media, Alison Levin, vice president of advertising revenue and marketing solutions; Louqman Parampath, vice president of advertising products; Mirjam Laux, vice president of international advertising and content; and Rob Holmes, vice president of programming, will all report to Collier. He will also work on business strategy with Tedd Cittadine, VP of Content Partnerships, and Gil Fuchsberg, SVP of Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships.
