Francis Rossi says his ‘naughty’ late bandmate Rick Parfitt ruined their chances of a jazz title.

The ‘Rock of the World’ frontman recalled the ‘Little Dancers’ frontman giving them the highest compliments — but not taking the chart topping seriously.
“He used to say to us: ‘I wish I could write rock songs like you guys did,'” he recalls.
