In this week’s Mahzooz live draw, the winner of a prize of up to 50 million dirhams was a 36-year-old Pakistani driver who bought himself a ticket after making a decision at the last minute.

The UAE resident talked about how he sat with a colleague after work when he found out that he had won the first prize. “My colleague told me that someone had won 50 million dirhams. I said,’Very good; let me check my numbers.’ I saw that the first three numbers matched and I was very happy that the cost of the air ticket was reimbursed. “He said with a smile.

I will name my third child “Dua”

Junaid from the United Family System in Pakistan recalled: “I called home on Saturday and my sister answered the phone. When I asked her where my wife was, she told me she was praying (salah). I asked her to Tell my wife to pray that I won the first prize. I think it was my wife’s prayer (dua) that was answered, that’s why I named my third child’Dua’.”

The Pakistani national has already planned what to do with his bonus. “I now have a loan of 100,000 dirhams, and my brother also has a large loan. I will pay it off first. My next plan is to buy a large house for my family in Dubai and Pakistan. I also want to buy it as soon as possible. My dream car, this is a Nissan Skyline GTR.”

Junade grew up in the UAE, where his father ran a small tailor’s shop. A few years ago, his father fell ill and returned to Pakistan for treatment. Junaid also moved back to his home country, where he took care of his father for five years.
