Omar bin Sultan al-OlamaThe Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence of the United Arab Emirates expressed his optimism for the Indian entrepreneurial ecosystem at the inaugural meeting on the 25th Bangalore Tech Summit Held at the Royal Palace in Bangalore.
“India is not only the past and present, but India is also the future. The future will leave Indian fingerprints on everyone, everywhere,” the minister said.
Omar bin Sultan Al Olama praised the openness of Indians to collaborate and create a better future, adding that Indians are reshaping and leading technological innovation, education, finance and many other fields around the world.
“One of the main reasons we made such a bold statement is that today, if you want to see the future of having an interconnected society, all you have to do is India. Look at the Indian stack, UPI,” Omar bin Sultan Al Olama Say.
The minister also urged the audience to think of new ideas that could be replicated globally. He asked Indian innovators to see the UAE as a “natural springboard” for start-ups in the Middle East and Africa region.
“We know that startups in Bangalore see the UAE as a natural hub in Africa, but startups in the UAE will naturally look to India as an expansion and gain more support,” he concluded.
