(Menarfin– Middle East.Info)Abu Dhabi, UAE: G42, the UAE’s leading artificial intelligence and cloud computing technology holding group, in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, will host a community-based cycling event on the Al Wathba cycleway on 2 December to celebrate the UAE’s National Day.
The Cycling Challenge will enable individuals, families, clubs and athletes to experience the race environment in a social setting. All ages 5 and above can sign up for this race and participate in the 16km, 30km or 60km races. The race time is 6:30 in the morning.
Commenting on the event, G42 Group Chief Operating Officer Mansoor Al Mansoori said: “At G42 we invest heavily in promoting the health and wellbeing of our employees and the wider community. We are determined to support Abu Dhabi’s ambition to become a major sports destination , and look forward to engaging with the local cycling community on Friday.”

“This event offers families and individuals an outing to have fun in a healthy environment. The competition is suitable for all levels from children to adults and also for individuals who may want to push themselves to the next level.
“We are really pleased that G42 is joining them in this exciting new initiative to allow the community to benefit from the government’s ongoing projects to promote healthy lifestyles in society.”
