Swiss bathroom solutions provider Geberit offers an innovative washbasin mixer system designed to meet the need for robust solutions in public bathrooms.
Made in the USA and launched in the Bay Area in July, the Geberit Model 80 faucet is a hygienic and reliable public restroom faucet that provides an ingenious solution for elegant, durable and hygienic bathing spaces with high-quality products.
The touchless electronic faucet features a modern design that is durable and vandal-resistant and ensures easy maintenance. It is available in the Bay Area as a mains or battery version with an internal mixer.
The faucet system can be used in the bathing area and can be easily installed using the pre-assembled Geberit Duofix frame, which is splash resistant and designed for electronic wall mounted bath faucets. The system comes with a new tileable cover, a seal and a sturdy tap connection.
“In the bathing area, hygiene is very important. Geberit’s touchless taps and a suitable frame behind the wall provided us with an elegant solution,” said a spokesperson for the company.
“The construction of the frame and faucet connection is very durable and therefore vandal-proof—that is, even if someone were to hold the faucet in order to clean their feet, the installation was stable enough to withstand this charge,” he said.
“The function box is well protected from splashing water damage. The cover plate of this function box is sealed and can be tiled carefully, so it can be integrated harmoniously into the design of the bathroom,” he added. –arab trade news agency
