Get more value for money in this wonderful new Friday brunch

[ad_1]

Sponsorship: When three hours of brunch is not enough…

If you are keen on brunch in Dubai, you may have noticed that in many places today, the old four-hour brunch format has been reduced to three hours. If you want good value for money, the ideal brunch option is the Friday service at GRAZE Gastro Grill & Bar, which is open for four hours.

The GRAZE Gastro Grill & Bar has an amazing dining area, with black and white checkered floors, warm wood, plush leather sofas and cool artwork on the ceiling. If you like to dine outdoors, there is plenty of space on the large terrace overlooking the city trails. The concept here is good food, without any sultry or disguise, and excellent value for money.

Brunch is served every Friday from 1pm to 5pm. It offers a delicious menu featuring high-quality meat (including Australian wagyu) and a wide variety of fresh seafood. The value for money is obvious in the pricing, because premium products (such as wagyu) and sparkling wine are included in the premium beverage package at AED 399, which also includes wine, cocktails, spirits and beer. The price of the soft drink package is 299 dirhams, including ice tea and non-alcoholic cocktails.

You will start the food process with a series of appetizers, such as poached frozen seafood platter and salmon carpaccio, black angus tartar, crispy squid, foie gras parfait, and creamy sweet corn chowder. These are the perfect dishes to share with the table.

Choose your main course from Sanchoku Wagyu ribeye, a black Angus fillet or black Angus tenderloin cooked to your liking, tender Australian lamb chops or freshly grilled salmon fillet. The main course without sides is not complete. Here you will get steak fries, creamed spinach, grilled sweet corn and indulgent truffle Mac & Cheese.

Finish everything sweetly with a plate of sweets, including hot chocolate pie, strawberry Pavlova and baked Basque cheesecake. For those who like salty taste, there is also a cheese board. RnB and the vibrant Electro Soul will be played throughout the day (as well as live DJs and singers). After brunch, head to the LookUp Rooftop Bar to enjoy the undisturbed view of Dubai’s sparkling skyline in this chic place and enjoy a free drink space .

If you prefer Thursday night brunch, then GRAZE Gastro Grill & Bar has great options. It is very suitable for those who only like steak but not seafood. You can enjoy three pieces of premium beef prepared in three ways and some delicious side dishes.Thursday Dinner Club, recently nominated as Latest News Nightlife Awards, Runs from 7pm to 11pm.
