Global Village will usher in its 26th season on October 26th next week, which will bring a series of fascinating entertainment, shopping and gourmet attractions.

What is a global village?

This is a one-stop destination that integrates the cultures of more than 80 countries through various global pavilions.

This huge theme park covers an area of ​​more than 1.6 million square meters, where visitors can enjoy the world’s best shopping, dining and entertainment experience, as well as various activities, performances and activities.

What are the global pavilions?

There will be 26 pavilions participating this year. These pavilions include Afghanistan, Africa, America, China, Egypt, Europe, India, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Palestine, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Yemen, and of course the UAE.

What’s new this year?

There are many activities you have never experienced before.

Highlights include the iconic Instagram structure near Arab Square, the corridor connecting Fortune Street and the newly named Fireworks Avenue, the coffee shop on the bridge inspired by Budapest’s famous “Margaret Bridge”, and the adventure area Silvergate named Peter Rabbit Popular animated TV series produced by Media. The Iraq Pavilion is also a new project.

Traditional cultural performances, street entertainment, dazzling main stage performances, stunts, street food, and a large carnival area with plenty of rides.

Where is the global village located?

The Global Village is located at Exit 37 of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (311) in Dubai Park, just east of Arabian Ranches.

How much does the admission ticket cost?

If you buy tickets at the door, visitors will spend 20 dirhams. The VIP package, including privileges to enter, park, and watch certain shows, has been sold out.

Free entry to the global village

Children under three, determined people (special needs) and senior citizens are eligible for free admission. A companion who helps a determined person can also enter for free.

What is the time?

Dubai Global Village is open from 4pm to midnight from Sunday to Wednesday and from 4pm to 1am from Thursday to Friday. On Saturday, Global Village is open from 2 pm to 11 pm.

A day reserved for families and women

Monday is exclusively for families and ladies, but this does not apply to public holidays.

Can I plan and personalize my trip?

Yes, through the Global Village app available on the App Store and Google Play.

How to get to the global village?

RTA provides multiple bus routes, including No. 102 from Rashidiya Metro Station, No. 103 from Union Metro Station, No. 104 from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station, and No. 106 from Mall of the Emirates Metro Station.

Taxis are very convenient. If you drive into the village, parking is free. There is no subway service in the global village.

The 26th season of “Global Village” will be aired for 167 days until April 10, 2022.
