Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Residents Office, under the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), announced the signing of a strategic agreement with Aldar Properties PJSC, a leading company in Abu Dhabi’s real estate development, management and investment, with the aim of enhancing the Dhabi Golden Visa’s services and products.
Under the agreement, Abu Dhabi Residents Office and Aldar Properties are developing a joint strategy to promote Abu Dhabi and its portfolio of real estate projects and identify opportunities to support investors and talent.
The Abu Dhabi Residents Office will support Aldar’s clients in projects through Aldar such as Yas Acres, Mayan, Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences and many more.
In addition to benefiting from the Darna loyalty program, the agreement also provides Abu Dhabi Golden Visa residents with a 2% discount on select properties purchased directly from Aldar, as well as exclusive priority registration at certain schools affiliated with Aldar Academies.
In addition, the two parties will conduct joint activities to promote the Golden Visa in Abu Dhabi, as well as other initiatives related to attracting and retaining talent in the UAE, driven by both parties’ shared commitment to attracting and retaining skilled talent.
