A fast-food giant and a major golf entertainment complex have submitted early plans to build in a high-traffic area of Timnath.
McDonald’s, along with an outdoor recreation and golf entertainment complex, submitted a concept review application to the town’s planning department in late August, the earliest stage in the formal development review process.
