The grand jury formally deliberated the case earlier this week and made its decision earlier today. In addition, based on the grand jury’s decision, a university spokesperson stated that all these young people have been officially allowed to return to the University of Kentucky football team.
After the people attending the party testified, the prosecutors presented all their evidence, which eventually led to the grand jury’s decision to completely dismiss the case.
