Grocer Jones launches six limited edition toasts and French fries

Who is hungry?

Ahhhh, the humble toast sandwich (tick at breakfast, lunch and dinner) is not boring at all. Whether you like to pair it with three different types of cheese or fill it with meat and sauce, few toasts will not give you that kind of fullness.

The popular Australian export product Jones the Grocer understands the love of toast. It has just launched a limited edition toast menu that includes six mouth-watering delicious toasts and French fries ready to make you hungry. Each toast is made with bread baked in-house, along with handmade cheese and delicious chutney from Jones’ own cheese room.

Until September 4, 2021, all Jones the Grocer stores in Dubai will offer limited edition menus.

So what’s on the menu?

Toast

Gruyere Salt Beef Toast – The dream of this meat lover is to fill it with melted Gruyere cheese, corned beef, deli mustard, mayonnaise and kimchi.

Quatro Fromaggi Toast – If you like cheese, this one is for you, including melted mozzarella, Gruyere, sapphire and Brie cheese, as well as fig and pomegranate jam, spinach, red onion and beef bacon.

Mexican toast – For those who like a little spice in life, add Mexican toast with guacamole, smoked cheddar cheese, chili chicken, sweet corn, jalapenos, nachos and green chili salsa.

Bacon Triple Cheese Toast – In addition to Emmental, goat and cheddar cheese, this smoked toast also includes slow-cooked balsamic onions, pastrami bacon and deli mustard.

Halloumi and Sausage Toast – This is filled with hummus, beef sausage, spinach and grilled halloumi.

Bombay Chili Toast – A vegetable (or if you don’t like meat) Bombay Chili Toast with fried eggs, green chili salsa, crispy fried shallots, cheddar cheese and fresh cilantro.

Fries

If you are going to eat carbohydrates, you’d better make it with a plate of French fries (or they can be ordered separately-great for sharing). Choose traditional Spanish patatas bravas with per-peri sauce and garlic mayonnaise, or mix with Indian tandoori masala and other Indian-style Delhi fries, or golden halloumi fries.
