(“HOFV” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: HOFVHOFVW), the only resort, entertainment and media company centered around the power of professional football, with a Hall of Fame Village powered by Johnson Controls Canton, OhioAwarded today john rozakAs an inducement to accept his appointment as Vice President of Marketing for HOF Village Newco, LLC (“HOF Village”), 22,123 restricted stock units (“RSUs”) related to the Company’s common stock, $0.0001 face value.The company also awarded Joshua Law, 19,917 RSUs as an inducement to accept his appointment as Director of Business Intelligence at HOF Village.In addition, the company grants Eric Kohut, as an inducement to accept his appointment as Senior Counsel, Corporate Governance and Compliance, HOF Village, 36,200 RSUs. These grants were awarded as incentive awards pursuant to an offer of employment by Mr. Rozak, Law and Kohut, and were not awarded under the Company’s revised 2020 Comprehensive Incentive Plan (the “2020 Plan”), but are subject to substantially the same terms and conditions as the 2020 year plan. For each new employee, grants subject to the award agreement will be awarded in increments of one-third each of the first, second, and third anniversaries of the new employee’s entry date, subject to Continue service on each applicable vesting date.
