Germany: Presentation proposals are now being invited for the 8th European Heat Pump Summit in Nuremberg in October.
Bridging the gap between the biennial Chillventa exhibitions, the European Heat Pump Summit provides a platform for discussion of the latest market developments, R&D topics and trends in heat pump applications.
It took place on October 24-25 at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center in the usual conference format with a foyer exhibition.
“This is an event where manufacturers of heat pumps and components, especially the latter, are in closer contact with users than at any other industry gathering. We are delighted to be able to once again provide a platform for a highly innovative cutting-edge industry and to make Nuremberg the center for heat pump production A place for professional dialogue and excellent products and innovations in various fields of application and application,” said event director Elke Harris.
“Here, researchers, technicians, product developers, decision makers and consulting engineers, component manufacturers and suppliers, (building services) designers and architects as well as heat pump operators come together with international experts and renowned speakers .”
With its four main themes – Market Development, Research and Development, Potential and Applications, and Product and Component Development – the Congress will once again cover all aspects of current developments and challenges in the international heat pump market.
The focus will be on the following topics:
• Market and energy policy developments in Germany and other European countries, report of the 14th IEA Heat Pump Conference, report of the 26th IIR International Conference on Refrigeration
• Refrigerants, circular economy, high temperature heat pumps, steam and district heating, energy performance of hybrid systems, current institute projects
• Existing building stock, single and multi-family homes, community heat pumps, commercial and industrial, supplementation of existing heating systems, hot water heat pumps, heat pumps incorporating solar panels, air-to-air heat pumps (heating and cooling)
• Compressors, heat exchangers, fans, refrigerants, controllers, audio
Potential speakers from R&D institutions, universities, testing houses and laboratories, energy utilities and associations, and component manufacturers are invited to submit presentation proposals on the above topics by June 12, 2023. Presentations are only available in English.
