Club Vista Mare is the ideal place to dine on a sunny beachfront in Dubai, with views of the Arabian Gulf and palm-fringed mansions.This stretch of waterfront eatery has come and gone since it opened in 2016, so we thought it was time to put together a little guide on where to go SunsetA sort of leisurely lunch Or dinner by the sea.

If you’re looking for the freshest seafood that won’t break the bank, head to Ibn Al Bahr, one of only two restaurants to open since it opened in 2016. A place proudly owned by fishermen, where you can see the freshest produce of the day displayed on the freezer in front of the restaurant. Large plates of grilled fish are brought to your table for a family-style treat, or you can choose a dish yourself. Think simple hot bites of crispy sardines, locally sourced black pepper clams and whole fish grilled in special Ibn Al Bahr seasoning.

Tap House has something for everyone; while the dark, airy taps and cozy cubicles inside are reminiscent of an old-fashioned English pub, sitting outside enjoying the sea breeze and sea view is a firm reminder that you’re in Dubai. Again, the food here is a true fusion of flavors, including pub favorites like signature burgers and fish and chips, as well as European salads, poke bowls and ceviche. You can also get all your favorite Asian favorites like Pad Thai, Fried Rice or Spicy Shrimp Laksa.

Drawing inspiration from 1950s Havana, this vibrant venue is filled with vibrant colours, botanical designs and Cuban rhythms. Here you can indulge in fresh guacamole, a variety of ceviche, empanadas, tacos and wash it down with a daiquiri, mojito or their signature Cuba Liberty net. Rumba has a variety of dining options for guests to choose from, including the beach terrace, bar or in-house restaurant. In true Cuban fashion, you can also indulge in a fine cigar that will transport you to the streets of Havana.

Myra

Vistamar Club

Cruise the Mediterranean without paying for flights with Myrra’s soulful menu filled with Greek and Spanish influences. This shoreline restaurant serves fresh, shared dishes using seasonal ingredients. Their menu includes a variety of oysters, tuna carpaccio, padrón peppers, salads, and a variety of seafood and meats. Myraa also has a great weekend brunch, perfect for catching up with your squad for the weekend.

Every meat lover’s dream is located on the shoreline at Club Vista Mare. This American smokehouse is great for the whole family, including slow-cooked brisket and short ribs and smoked chicken and shoulder of lamb. In addition to their BBQ options, guests can indulge in delicious meaty sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and sharing platters for a Southern comfort experience.

Vistamar Club

The Ria, replacing the formerly popular Breeze Beach Grill, is opening soon at Club Vista Mare from the team behind Bar Du Port, Iris, La Mezcaleria and Clap. This new venue promises to be a beautiful new waterfront destination for drinking and dining, and even invite your four-legged friends. Their menu takes inspiration from both the land and the sea, serving sharing-style Mediterranean dishes. The Ria would be the perfect place for a date night, an evening with friends, or a fun night out.

Downtown’s sister restaurant to vibrant Amalfi-inspired Italian Lucia’s, Limonata promises the same Instagram-worthy interiors and the kind of vibe that’ll keep you partying late into the night. While we don’t have a confirmed opening date for the waterfront Italian restaurant, we hope to learn more in the coming weeks.
