ITC urges the public not to park vehicles in prohibited areas and not to block traffic.
The Integrated Transportation Center (ITC) of the Abu Dhabi Ministry of Municipal and Transportation announced that during the Hijri New Year (1443) holiday on Thursday, August 12, public parking spaces on the ground will be free. It also announced the happiness center for working hours customers, Darb time, and bus and ferry service schedules.
ITC’s Customer Wellbeing Center will be closed during the holidays and will resume work on Sunday, August 15.
Free public parking
During the holiday period from August 12th to August 14th at 7:59 am, ground parking spaces will be free. In addition, the parking lot M18 of the Mussafah Industrial Park will be free during the statutory holidays.
ITC urges the public not to park vehicles in prohibited areas and not to block traffic. ITC also urges the public to abide by the regulations on parking spaces for resident permits between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Free public parking in Sharjah Dubai
No Darb toll gate fees
ITC announced that during the Hijri New Year holiday on August 12, the Darb toll station system will be free. Toll booth charges will resume normal peak hours from 7:00 to 9:00 am and 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Saturday, August 14-to ensure smooth traffic during these times.
Public bus and ferry services in Abu Dhabi will operate on the same schedule as statutory holidays.
Public transportation users are requested to observe precautions when using buses or ferries, and use the Darbi app to check the travel time and avoid waiting at the station.
Customers can continue to use ITC’s website, Darbi and Darb applications to apply for ITC services online. In addition, customers can dial 800850 or the 24-hour taxi call center: 600535353 to contact the Unified Service Support Center of the Ministry of Municipal and Transportation.
