Free in all parking areas except the multi-storey parking terminal

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced free parking in the emirate during the Hijri New Year (1444H) holiday on Saturday 30 July.
All parking areas in Muharram 1 except the multi-storey parking terminal will be free.
Saturday, July 30 is the official paid holiday for all public and private sector employees in the UAE to mark the occasion.
Muharram 1 marks the beginning of the Islamic New Year (1444H). According to astronomical calculations, its corresponding date on the Gregorian calendar is likely to be Saturday, July 30.
On Friday, the International Astronomical Centre shared an image of the crescent moon of Muharram (1444 AH).
