All parking areas are free except for multi-storey car parks

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced free parking in the emirate during the Hijri New Year (1444H) holiday on Saturday 30 July.
All car parks will be free on 1st Hijri except multi-storey car parks.
Saturday 30 July is an official paid holiday for all public and private sector employees in the UAE to mark the occasion.
Muharram 1 marks the beginning of the Islamic New Year (1444H). According to astronomical calculations, its corresponding date on the Gregorian calendar is likely to fall on Saturday, July 30.
On Friday, the International Astronomical Center shared images of the new moon for the month of Hijri (1444 AH).
