Presidential Directive for National Celebration
This move, aligned with the 52nd UAE National Day celebrations, follows the directive of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, serving as the Ruler of Abu Dhabi.
Comprehensive Housing Support
The approved package encompasses various housing loans totaling Dh6 billion, providing assistance to 3,714 UAE Nationals. A unique aspect includes exemption from loan payments for low-income retirees and families who experienced loss in 2023, with a dedicated fund exceeding Dh573 million, covering 549 nationals.
Allocation of Residential Lands and Houses: Housing Package
Part of the initiative involves allocating residential lands and houses valued at Dh950 million to 1,422 Emiratis.
Impact Across Abu Dhabi
This disbursement, targeting 5,685 Emiratis across Abu Dhabi, contributes to a cumulative housing package value of Dh13.44 billion released in the emirate this year. Overall, 9,292 UAE Nationals have benefited from these housing initiatives.
Acknowledgment and Gratitude
Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, expressed gratitude to the leaders for their continuous support to the housing sector.

Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, affirmed that the team is actively working to translate these directives into action through their programs and services.
