new community Center is a collaborative, co-creative space located at the heart of Yas Creative Centre, a media campus developed by twofour54 in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi. Designed to provide space for everyone involved in the media and creative industries, from those considering taking their first steps in a new career path, to individuals and companies already established but eager to grow and develop. It will be a place where great ideas can be born and nurtured, and designed with new collaborative approaches to encourage opportunity encounters between potential collaborators and partners.
Rather than having a freelancer sitting alone at a rented desk or a company occupying temporary office space but working in isolation, a community center brings together different disciplines and promotes engagement among people with different skills and perspectives. Do more with collaboration and networking.
The membership-based co-working space is exclusively for start-ups, freelancers and those new to the creative industries on the campus, and will be offered on a project-by-project basis. More established businesses are located in their own separate co-working spaces.
