- Performs administrative and office support activities for employee relations. Duties may include welcoming and guiding visitors, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
- Assist in different HR related activities.
- Manage distribution of employment letters, health insurance cards, etc.
- Coordinates mail pickup and delivery, including date and stamp on all general correspondence, and referral of such correspondence to appropriate staff.
- Follow-up attendance report
- Maintain office supplies for the department.
- Assist with travel and accommodation bookings, records and document management, and other secretarial support
- Comply with the University’s information security and confidentiality policies and procedures and report breaches or other security risks accordingly
- Coordinate with other departments as needed to facilitate completion of tasks and responsibilities
- Perform any other tasks assigned by line manager
qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
