Human Resources Assistant, (Employee Relations) at Khalifa University

  • Performs administrative and office support activities for employee relations. Duties may include welcoming and guiding visitors, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
  • Assist in different HR related activities.
  • Manage distribution of employment letters, health insurance cards, etc.
  • Coordinates mail pickup and delivery, including date and stamp on all general correspondence, and referral of such correspondence to appropriate staff.
  • Follow-up attendance report
  • Maintain office supplies for the department.
  • Assist with travel and accommodation bookings, records and document management, and other secretarial support
  • Comply with the University’s information security and confidentiality policies and procedures and report breaches or other security risks accordingly
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed to facilitate completion of tasks and responsibilities
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by line manager

qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
