sugar bomb – Tagline “Everything’s Sweeter Here!” – is the newest shipping container restaurant at Overland Park’s Serv Entertainment Center.

Dessert shop offers six ice cream flavors golden spoon: Vanilla, Golden Crunch (a cereal milk ice cream made with cinnamon toast shortbread), Cookies and Cream, Charlie’s Chocolate, Strawberry Fields Forever, and Lucy’s 41 (dairy-free vanilla).

Serv opened in February at 9051 Metcalf Ave. It features indoor/outdoor pickle ball courts, bar, oversized yard for games, large video wall, and private event space.

It operates restaurants in shipping containers that serve items like barbecue, tacos, burgers, pizza and chicken wings.

“We can’t enjoy pizza, burgers and wings, especially in the summer, without ice cream,” says manager Bryan Sparks. “I love watching the whole football team come over for ice cream after the game.”
