Iman Developers unveils 121-unit luxury project in Dubai Hills

Iman Developers, a leading Dubai-based luxury residential developer, has announced the launch of its latest project, The Grove, a nine-storey building in the Dubai Hills neighbourhood.

The Grove is the eighth project in Iman’s residential development portfolio, featuring 121 apartments comprising studio, one, two and three bedroom units. It has an estimated value of AED 194 million (US$ 53 million).

The property will have a modern lobby with double-height ceilings and elegant fittings, the developer said.

Residents will also enjoy a host of world-class amenities including cabanas and decks with views of the green Dubai Hills community, a 25-meter leisure pool, a rooftop adult pool with jacuzzi, a half basketball court, lush green garden areas, A well-equipped gym, club lounge and games area, indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, an outdoor splash pad and rooftop barbecue facilities, it said.

Ismail Marfani, Director of Development at Iman, said: “We designed every square foot to be a luxurious experience.
