In the first month of Expo 2020 Dubai, the immersive tour of the Columbia Pavilion attracted more than 150,000 visitors – Dubai Blog

The Columbia Pavilion at Expo 2020 announced that it has attracted more than 150,000 visitors in the first month since the start of the global event in October 2021, making it an increasingly popular attraction.

The large number of visitors in the pavilion at the entrance of the “Opportunity Zone” confirms the growing interest in this vibrant and culturally rich Latin American country.

Flavia Santoro, President of Procolombia, said: “Through our carefully designed immersive and interactive tours, our goal is to provide visitors with a wonderful experience. We hope that when they leave the pavilion, they can better understand our stunning beauty, Multicultural country and ambition to visit Colombia.”

In addition, she said: “Most people who visit us have a pleasant experience in the pavilion. It truly represents the essence of the country and our hope for the future. Visitors to the pavilion can go through the six tourist areas of the country. Virtual tours, these tourist areas highlight Colombia’s natural, cultural and business opportunities.”

In the first month of the opening, it received hundreds of tourists eager to enter the Columbia Pavilion to experience Colombia’s rich and diverse culture, iconic landscape, and the wonderful presentation of Latin American music beats, and taste delicious Colombian coffee.

Among the thousands of people enjoying the stunning interactive virtual tour of the pavilion, there are also some popular figures, including His Excellency Reem Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates and Director General of Expo 2020 Dubai.

The Columbia Pavilion is now preparing to welcome visitors to celebrate the National Day of Colombia at Expo 2020 on Friday, November 5, 2021. The large number of visitors to the Expo also shows that the six-month Expo 2020 is a perfect platform for 192 participating countries to showcase their prospects and achieve growth.
