With extensive experience and insight into the field of design and fit-out, the company has now proudly completed its new and innovative office design. The new office will also serve as a hub for the INC Group, which was established just over a year ago to integrate its three subsidiaries, including INC UAE, INC Saudi and INC Africa.
Designed and built by INC’s in-house team, the new center totals more than 8,000 square feet and embodies the company’s ethos of structure, transparency and confidence. Completed in just 14 weeks, the office is divided into 46 workstations, 7 closed offices, 7 conference rooms, 1 board room, 3 collaboration and focus rooms, 1 executive lounge and 1 hot desk table. Within the space, employees have access to a state-of-the-art design studio, fully equipped pantry and wellness room.

Thanks to the collaborative work of the design team, the office features a variety of desk layouts, as well as modular workspaces and meeting rooms, all of which share the common traits of breathtaking city views, tranquil greenery and Feng Shui. The organization of the space aims to enhance productivity and well-being and stimulate creativity and collaboration in the workplace by creating an environment of harmony, calm and comfort. Transparency is at the core of the company’s ethos, and the conference room and center are all made of glass, which also creates a modern feel for the space. The choice of glass walls was chosen to ensure natural lighting penetrates the office, an element known to boost staff morale, productivity and creativity. With the vision of creating a corporate-style office that is both laid-back and stylish, the color scheme chosen for the space leans towards timeless and versatile neutrals and allows for the easy integration of different textures and accents, essentially achieving a sense of cohesion and sophistication Appearance.

As a socially responsible company, INC UAE ensures that spaces are designed and constructed by employing not only sustainable materials but also eco-friendly facilities. The company’s new offices are plastic-free and have a high-tech water filtration system for employees. After moving to the new office, all employees also received reusable coffee pots made from recycled materials. In addition to its employee-focused sustainability initiatives, INC has incorporated recycled materials into the space design using elements such as acoustic panels, carpet and vinyl flooring. Recycling bins are located throughout the office to further encourage environmentally friendly behaviour. The company has also invested in an energy-efficient lighting control system to reduce wasted electricity throughout the office.
