According to sources, actor Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra will soon face a Money Laundering and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) case because the Enforcement Agency (ED) may file a lawsuit against him under these laws.

Kundera, 45, was arrested by Mumbai police along with 11 others on July 19 on suspicion of making pornographic films. At present, the case involves suspected production and distribution of pornographic movies through some applications.

During a search while investigating the case, the Mumbai Police Crime Branch found a hidden cabinet in the offices of Viaan and JL Stream in Anteri Kundera.
