Indian expatriate woman wins Rs 2.2 lakh in Mahzooz draw

Abu Dhabi: A 43-year-old Indian expatriate woman from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has won the grand prize of AED 100,000 (Rs 22,19,443) in the 102nd Mahzooz weekly draw in Dubai.

In the weekly live draw for Saturday, November 12, 2022, draw winner Mary Lamina Alexander hit five of the six winning numbers.

Mary Lamina Alexander is an accountant who has lived in the UAE since she was 13 years old.

According to Mahzooz, Mary will use part of the winnings for her daughter’s higher education and donate part to charity. She also wanted to give her friends a special meal to celebrate her victory.

The 102nd weekly draw also saw two participants win AED 100,000 (Rs 22,19,443). They are Eleuterio Jr. Benolirao Navia from the Philippines and Jennifer Tugot Daclan from the Philippines.

Meanwhile, Mahzooz has launched an epic Super Friday draw in addition to the existing Super Saturday draw. The new Magic Friday Epic draw asks participants to pick six numbers from a pool of 39 for a chance to win AED10 million.

The Super Saturday draw required participants to pick five of 49 numbers for the chance to win the AED10 million (Rs 22,19,44,314) jackpot.

Participants can enter two prize draws by registering on the app and website and purchasing a bottle of water for AED 35 (Rs 776).
