UAE homegrown tech champion Injazat has signed deals with KSA conglomerate Nesma, the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) and the recently concluded Arab Youth Centre at Gitex.
The first agreement, aimed at establishing the “Nesma Injazat” new technology joint venture, began operations in Riyadh and Jeddah this month.
Injazat will partner with MoHAP to explore a new digital platform that will centralize all primary care needs of patients and providers.
Mentoring and training youth
The third agreement aims to mentor and train youth in the fields of artificial intelligence, technological innovation and machine learning.
Injazat Chairman Mansoor Al Mansoori and Nesma Chairman and President Faisal Alturki were present; Injazat CEO Ussama Dahabiyeh and NIT CEO Salah Al Sunaid formally signed the agreement at the recently concluded signing ceremony at Gitex Global.
The new company will provide services including enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure and cyber defense, laying the foundation for Saudi Arabia’s next-generation technology-driven economic growth. Injazat’s expertise and proven track record in building flexible bespoke industry solutions, combined with Nesma’s market experience and client knowledge, will co-create transformational digital platforms and services through public-private partnerships (PPP) to rapidly enable digital in the kingdom economic goals.
Nesma Injazat will play a key role in supporting organisations across various sectors including healthcare, smart cities, energy and buildings across the Kingdom, developing its IT and digital infrastructure and developing a three-year expansion plan for it.

MoHAP signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Injazat to accelerate digital transformation and deliver advanced, comprehensive health services.
Digital Health Solutions
The collaboration aims to develop multiple digital health solutions, in line with the Ministry of Health’s strategic objective of providing innovative and advanced services based on the integration of technology and artificial intelligence.
The MoU also echoes the government’s ambition to make the UAE a leading international destination in the smart healthcare sector.
The MoU was signed by Ahmed Al Dashti and Dr. Al Mansoori, Assistant Under-Secretary of MoHAP Support Services.
Innovation platform
The agreement will allow MoHAP to leverage Injazat’s technological capabilities to launch digital solutions that can provide seamless and improved healthcare. The parties will work together to provide patients and providers a unified platform and build a robust digital strategy to help all stakeholders adapt to emerging healthcare trends and improve the patient experience.
Arab Youth Center and Injazat will collaborate to empower youth with AI and digital transformation skills.
The agreement was signed by Shamma bint Suhail Al Mazrui and Al Mansoori, UAE Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Vice-President of the Arab Youth Centre.

According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate to train young Arab leaders focused on artificial intelligence, technological innovation and machine learning. This cooperation includes organizing conferences, seminars and conferences with technical experts, focusing on developing young talents, and providing a platform for Arab youth training and development in advanced technology fields, especially artificial intelligence applications, programming, cybersecurity and smart applications.
