The 15th edition of the International Apparel Textile Fair (IATF) has returned to Dubai in 2023. The fair is known as the UAE’s premier platform for sourcing apparel, fashion fabrics, prints, apparel accessories, home textiles, footwear and more. This year’s event will showcase the spring-summer collections and autumn-winter highlights for 2023-2024. With over 200 exhibitors from 22 countries, the IATF aims to scale up so that each exhibitor becomes a major influence in the UAE’s fashion scene.
The India Pavilion, jointly organized by the Textiles Department of the Apparel Export Promotion Council, the Government of India and the Federation of Indian Export Organizations, had 67 booths showcasing a wide range of Indian textile exports. Some 23 companies also came to present their garments in person. The Indian Pavilion was opened by Dr. Aman Puri, Consul General of India. AEPC Chairman Ashok G Rajani was also present.
The event attracts a wide range of textile mills, apparel manufacturers, accessories/decor suppliers, print designers and major footwear manufacturers. The IATF offers manufacturers and their agents the opportunity to showcase their products to the most influential buyers and designers in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) fashion world.
As the premier “trade only” event and B2B platform, IATF provides a professional and conducive atmosphere for business and networking. The event was designed as a premium exhibition for the UAE fashion industry, responding to the need for a dedicated trade show in Dubai. Now in its 15th year, IATF aims to continue to play an important role in the fashion industry and provide a platform for industry professionals to communicate and showcase their products.
