The 19th edition of the International Property Show kicked off today (12 February) at the Dubai World Trade Centre, attracting more than 120 real estate exhibitors from more than 40 countries around the world.
Organized by Strategic Conferences & Exhibitions sponsored by Dubai Land Department (DLD), IPS 2023 is one of the largest real estate platforms in the Middle East for local and global markets.
Over the next two days, in addition to showcasing various real estate projects from many participating countries, real estate developers and sub-developers will present a package of investment opportunities in front of a large number of potential buyers.
The show was inaugurated by DLD Director General Sultan Buti Bin Mejren and was attended by International Property Show Chairman Dawood Al Shezawi, Exhibition Director Tariq Ramadan and other key players in the real estate industry.
Following the launch, Bin Mejren was accompanied by a group of event attendees and delegates on a tour of the show floor, visiting the pavilions of several participating local and global government and private organisations.
Participants hailed the 19th IPS as an event that presented new and different ideas, while being held in parallel with the UAE’s current policies that provide excellent support for the vital real estate sector.
“IPS 2023 is held in conjunction with the launch of D33, the Dubai Economic Agenda, in line with the sustainable development strategy adopted by Dubai, whose real estate market accounts for more than 9 percent of the emirate’s GDP,” Al Shezawi noted.
“IPS 2023 is a rare opportunity for real estate developers, leading global construction firms and consultancies, and real estate stakeholders to showcase the latest innovative services in various real estate markets, which boost Dubai’s real estate ecosystem,” he added.
“IPS is an effective showcase,” said Husni Al Bayari, Chairman and Founder of D&B Properties, explaining the significance of Dubai being seen as the ideal environment to promote and capture opportunities in the real estate sector.
Al Bayari praised the event: “The show brings together an elite group of exhibitors and we hope to use this event to showcase D&B Properties’ extensive experience in servicing real estate investors worldwide.”
Giovanna Guzman, CEO of International Realty Group, calling the IPS show the largest real estate platform in the Middle East, said: “The event provides IRG with a unique opportunity to Expand business company.”
The second day of IPS 2023 will feature 3 panel discussions. The first is titled “Real Estate Leaders’ Perspectives on the Development Sector; Opportunities, Threats, Regulation and Technology”. The second is “Digital Transformation: Technology and the Transformation of the Real Estate Industry,” and the third will discuss the real estate pioneer’s perspective on the market outlook and buyer behavior.
Also, in addition to the chat on “Real Estate Funds: Challenges and Horizons”, several renowned speakers will provide event participants with their thoughtful insights.
IPS 2023 will also feature three panel discussions on the second day of the event: “Real Estate Leaders’ Perspectives on the Development Sector; Opportunities, Threats, Regulations and Technology”; “Digital Transformation: Technology and the Transformation of the Real Estate Industry”; A panel will discuss real estate pioneers and their views on the market outlook and buyer behaviour.
The event will also see the second edition of the Property Think Tank Program organized in partnership with the Property Network Partnership and the Young Professionals Network (YPN) Conference in partnership with the Young Professionals Network.-TradeArabia News Service
