What is the idea behind Your Company?

The concept behind Momocha, our fast food restaurant, is to introduce the authentic flavors of Nepali cuisine, specifically momos and noodles, to the residents and visitors of Abu Dhabi. We aim to bring a unique dining experience by being the first Nepali fast food restaurant located in a shopping mall in the city.

Our focus is on serving high-quality, delicious, and freshly prepared food that showcases the rich culinary heritage of Nepal. Momos, which are traditional Nepali dumplings filled with various savory ingredients, and noodles, prepared with flavorful spices and sauces, are the star dishes of our menu. We prioritize using authentic recipes and sourcing fresh, local ingredients to ensure an authentic and satisfying dining experience for our customers.

By establishing ourselves in a shopping mall, we aim to make Nepali cuisine easily accessible to a diverse audience, including both locals and expatriates. I embarked on my career journey as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2012. After completing my education and obtaining the necessary qualifications, I started my professional career in the banking industry. This field appealed to me because of its dynamic nature and the opportunities it offered to work closely with financial institutions and clients.

During the initial years, I focused on building a strong foundation of knowledge and skills in accounting, finance, and banking practices. I worked hard to understand the industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends. This involved staying updated with the latest developments through continuous learning, attending professional workshops, and engaging in networking activities.

As a beginner, my advice is to work hard and remain dedicated to your goals. It’s important to put in the effort to gain a deep understanding of your chosen field. This includes staying committed to ongoing professional development and acquiring new skills as the industry evolves. Networking is also crucial, as it helps in building relationships, expanding your knowledge, and opening up new opportunities.

Additionally, it’s essential to stay focused on what you want to achieve in your career. Set clear goals and work towards them with determination. Be proactive in seeking out challenging assignments and opportunities for growth, as they will help you develop your skills and gain valuable experience.

The goal of our company is to serve authentic Nepali food, including delicious momos and a variety of noodles, at a very affordable price. We aim to provide customers with a new dining option where they can experience the unique flavors and culinary traditions of Nepal. By offering authentic dishes and maintaining affordable prices, we aim to cater to a wide range of customers and make Nepali cuisine more accessible. Our objective is to create a memorable dining experience for our customers while showcasing the rich and diverse flavors of Nepali cuisine.

How important are employees’ energy levels for the success of Your Company

High energy levels positively impact productivity. When employees are energized, they can work efficiently, meet deadlines, and accomplish tasks effectively. This leads to higher output and contributes to the overall success of the business.
