Abu Dhabi: Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, the 7th International Exhibition on National Security and Resilience (ISNR Abu Dhabi 2022) today (Opening on 10 October), organized by ADNEC Group in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and a strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Police Headquarters.
The opening ceremony, scheduled for 11am on Tuesday, will serve as a fascinating technical demonstration of the UAE’s capabilities and resources, as well as the readiness of its teams responsible for responding to emergencies, crises and security scenarios. The demo, which will continue to be showcased at the show, is produced by a dedicated team of Emirati talents from various sectors including security, protection, transport, cybersecurity, hazardous materials response teams, civil defence and more.
The exhibition will run until October 12 with massive national, regional and international participation. The number of exhibitors this year has increased by 121% compared to the previous edition in 2018, while the exhibition space has increased by 15%. The proportion of exhibitors increased by 120%. 33 countries participated in the exhibition. First-time exhibitors accounted for 8% of the total number of exhibitors, and domestic enterprises accounted for 34%.
The exhibition will be attended by more than 120 regional and international delegations, a 20% increase from 2018, including delegations from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Singapore, Egypt, Greece, Iraq, Italy and Ethiopia, as well as INTERPOL delegations . The event will also feature 30 distinguished speakers and 23 high-level seminars on the sidelines.
The 7th ISNR Abu Dhabi 2022 will focus on showcasing the latest security solutions and innovations, and consolidate cooperation and networks between companies operating in four areas: national security, cybersecurity, policing and law enforcement, and protecting critical installations. The event’s agenda will also include ISNR talks on policing, cybersecurity, the future of national security, and mitigating the risks of the nation’s digital transformation.
