Michal Herzog, wife of Israeli President Isaac Herzog, was the guest of honor Tuesday at the Israel Philharmonic’s historic performance in Abu Dhabi.
The last time the orchestra performed in an Arab country was 74 years ago, in Egypt in 1945 in the capital Cairo. United Arab Emirates Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed and UAE Minister of Culture Nora Kaabi.
