“Isaac Herzog will make his first state visit to Bahrain next month at the invitation of Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa,” Israel Channel 13 reports.
“Herzog will travel to Bahrain on December 4 and will hold meetings with the king, senior kingdom officials and members of the Jewish community,” the channel said, adding, “The president’s office said the leaders will discuss strengthening relations and expand cooperation.”
According to the channel, Herzog will travel to the United Arab Emirates the next day and will attend a space conference to be held in Abu Dhabi. He will also meet UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in what, according to the channel, will be “the fourth meeting between Herzog and the UAE president since taking office”.
