Jordanian traveler Issa Qassim Qazaqzah, 44, was traveling abroad for the first time, cycling some 3,000 kilometers from Jordan to the United Arab Emirates via Bahrain, with the slogan “May the glory of Dar Zayed live forever”.
“The trip lasted almost three months. I started from Jordan, traveled through the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and landed in the Kingdom of Bahrain, from where I continued my journey to the UAE,” Qazaqzah told Al Khaleej.
He said it was his first visit to the UAE and he found that Emiratis respect the humanity and dignity of their people and appreciate youth, sports and any special initiatives, noting that since he entered the UAE, he has been welcomed by more than 10 Emiratis Hospitality The family welcomes him with love, warmth and generosity.
Qazaqzah documented his travels in the special video, which so far included Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Fujairah, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah, and he plans to continue to Umm Al Quwain, Ajman and Sharjah.
The Jordanian traveler said his aim was to convey a message of love and pride for the Jordanian people to the UAE and its people, to promote love and peace, to support people with Down syndrome, people of determination and the blind, to encourage breast cancer screening and to Spread awareness of the devastating dangers of drugs.
He started cycling overland 18 years ago in 2005, but all his trips have been within Jordan, but this was his first trip abroad, he said, emphasizing his passion for travel and adventure .
Kazagza experienced many difficulties during his long journey, the most important of which was the changeable climate, including heat, humidity, cold, dust and strong winds.
He also suffered minor injuries from falling off his bike and had to stop at times due to bike failures.
