Jubail Island announces that all plots of residential buildings in Phase I have been sold out


Jubail Island Investment Company today announced that it has achieved an important milestone by selling all 194 available villa plots in the first phase of the development.

Emphasizing the development of LEAD, the developer’s management company, promises to deliver the project on time. At the time of the announcement, the Jubail Island Investment Company also confirmed that 65% of the infrastructure has been completed and all infrastructure projects are scheduled for the second quarter of 2022 Completion.
